Two Corn Tortillas, filled with a vibrant medley of Sautéed Spinach, Julienne Carrots, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Green & Red Bell Peppers, Corn, and Jack Cheese. The enchiladas are then topped with a tangy Tomatillo Sauce and a layer of Melted Cheese. Served with hearty Black Beans and aromatic Arroz Poblano.
