1. Acceptance of these terms. These Terms of Use apply to casaguadalajara.com and to the services offered through it by Casa Guadalajara, operated by Bazaar Del Mundo ("we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using our website. Menus, prices, hours and offers shown on the website are for information and may change without notice. Prices and availability in the restaurant or store control. Our website is hosted on Popmenu, a third-party restaurant website platform. Your use of Popmenu features is also governed by Popmenu's own terms and privacy policy. Online ordering, waitlist and gift card purchases are provided by vendors under their own terms.

3. Acceptable use. You agree not to: use the website for anything unlawful; interfere with or disrupt the website or its security; try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours; copy, scrape or harvest content or contact information by automated means; send spam or harmful code; impersonate anyone; or submit false orders, requests or reviews.

4. Your submissions and reviews. If you send us feedback, reviews, photos, stories or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our business, including on our websites and social media, unless the form says otherwise. We may decline, edit or remove submissions. Your personal information in submissions is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property. The website's content, including text, photos, logos, names and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Offers and promotions. Offers are valid only as stated, while supplies last, and one per guest unless stated otherwise. They cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may change or end at any time. Contests and sweepstakes follow their official rules.

7. Gift cards. Gift cards are sold under our gift card vendor's terms. As California law requires, they do not expire and carry no fees, and a balance under $10 can be redeemed for cash. Bonus or promotional value follows the terms of that promotion. Treat gift cards like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

8. Walk-ins and waitlist. We welcome walk-ins. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a table or a time, and wait times are estimates.

9. Banquets and events. An event request is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing. Deposits, minimums and cancellation terms are set in your event agreement, which controls if it differs from these terms.

10. Text message program. If you join our text program, you will receive recurring marketing texts from Casa Guadalajara's text number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of dining. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.

11. Third-party services and links. Ordering, waitlist, gift card, payment and website platform vendors, and other websites we link to, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or services.

12. Disclaimers. The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

14. Indemnity. To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the website, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.

15. Disputes and governing law. If you have a dispute with us, please first contact us and describe it, so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

17. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
